I have always had back issues since the day I gave birth to my first child, and it is not a lot of fun to have to deal with back pain on a daily basis. A year ago it was recommended I have a chat with a chiropractor to see what could be done, and they came up with a fabulous treatment plan to be done in conjunction with gentle exercise. This blog follows my journey of recovery. I want to help spread the word about what chiropractors do, and how they work with people to reduce the impact bank pain has on their lives.
